Can you say home-owner?!
Well I am almost there! I did my final walk through today. I close this Friday (April 12th)! Woohoo!!!! *smile*
I feel really good about it now, I have been keeping it off my web site because every time I put anything up here about buying a house it doesn't work out. hehe =) But this time it's looking good, everything is set and I will be moving in soon! I really really love Country Side (in Sterling, Va). It's a nice little neighborhood and I already met one neighbor because he was cutting my grass when I showed up for my walk through!

I like the sunroom and deck. But the deck needs to be redone, it doesn't look like it was sealed well. |

The backyard isn't huge like I was
used to in Great Falls, but it is plenty of room for a BBQ and a volleyball
game. hehe
Oh and Jenni got it in her head that we are gonna do a Hawaiian luau and made sure that everyone back at the park heard I was doing one so that I have to go through with it. LOL |
