Crosscurrent had a leadership retreat to prepare the rising leaders for their future roles as leaders in the church. This was in February of 2003, so many of the people you see are now leaders. :) It was also the first time I met Damian Williams, who a year and a half later would become our associate pastor. :) It was a great weekend in Charlottesville, Va.
